Step 4: Then just choose whether you want to watch live TV or video on demand. What are the system requirements to watch iWantv!? You need to have Flash Player 9.0.28 installed or higher, along with a compatible browser with the following minimum versions: Chrome 2.0, Firefox 3.0.1, Safari 3.2.2, or IE 7 (IE is only available in Windows). How do I change my username and password? Just log in with your current email address and password, then choose one of the User Tools links found at the footer of each page to change your email or password. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve? Just click on the Forgot Password? link on the login window. You will need to enter the email address that you used for registration. Can I access iWantv! using different computers? Yes, you may access iWantv! in any computer that supports the basic system requirements. I experience inconsistent video quality and/or buffering while watching a show. What causes this? If you have a broadband connection of at least 512 kbps but still have poor video quality, excessive buffering, or a total lack of video, this can be due to a lack of computer processing power or general traffic congestion on the Internet. Try not to run other applications while accessing streaming media. Also, if you are accessing the video through a Local Area Network (LAN), you may experience excessive buffering or connectivity delays as a result of network congestion from the other users on your LAN. I experience black screen or sometimes video unavailable while watching my favotite show. What causes this? If you are experiencing black screen/video unavailable after clicking play or even before clicking play, this may be because of slow internet connection or congestion. Try not to run other applications or close other browsers while accessing the videos. Also, please do not forget to hit ctrl F5 to refresh. Can I download shows on my computer? We only allow viewing or streaming of the shows. You cannot download any of the shows. Are the live channels shown in real time? Yes, what you see in regular TV is the same as what you will see in iWantv! live channels. Do I have to pay for any of the content? No, content available now on iWantv! are free of charge. Are all episodes of the current programs stored or just this week’s episodes? All episodes of currently airing programs are stored. Can I watch iWantv! on a Mac computer and operating system? Yes! Why can't i play any video in iWantv? iWantv! is a service exclusive to Philippine-based internet users, in compliance with the licensing agreements of the different shows we provide. You may still catch up on your favorite ABS-CBN shows online through TFC.tv (http://tfc.tv) which is the video platform of choice for Global Pinoys worldwide. Why am I unable to play the video on my computer? You may still need to allow Adobe Flash Player to access your computer. You can check if a yellow pop-up bar appears at the upper part of your browser and click "Allow" (see screenshot below).
